We’re beyond excited to share that My Event Concierge has been named Hospitality, Tourism and Events StartUp of the Year at the 2025 South West StartUp Awards!

When My Event Concierge first began, Covid & lockdown struck... and the idea of being able to transform event planning to be more simple and memorable than ever seemed to be slipping out of reach!


Fast forward to today, and we’ve helped over 15,000 guests plan unforgettable moments in some of the most stunning locations across the UK!


Winning this award is such a proud milestone for us.


It means the world to be recognised for something we’ve poured so much heart into. We’ve always believed that the details matter... that great service partnered with our incredible partner venues, and thoughtful planning can transform an experience to an unforgettable lifelong memory.


This award is a huge moment of validation, and it reflects not just our growth but the support we’ve had from our guests and partners - and of course, every. single. one. of our exceptional suppliers.

So what’s next? We’re more energised than ever! We’ve got big plans to expand our offering, build even more incredible venue partnerships, and continue delivering the kind of concierge-level support that sets us apart.

The UK StartUp Awards are backed by Airwallex, Join Talent and V-Rum, and they exist to celebrate the best and brightest entrepreneurs across ten regions of the UK.

We’ll be heading to the national finals at Ideas Fest on 11th September (they call it the “Glastonbury for Entrepreneurs” ... and we’re all for that vibe). Wish us luck!
