🏅What Does The Party Package Include?
What Happens on the Day?
2:00pm – Activity Team Arrives
Your event team will arrive and allow up to an hour to set up your chosen activity. This includes equipment, safety checks and preparing the space for the afternoon.
3:00pm – 5:00pm Activity of Your Choice!
Once everyone is briefed and ready, your chosen activity gets underway. Whether it’s competitive, skill-based or more relaxed, expect plenty of laughs, energy and great group moments.
5:00pm – Cocktails Commence
Your professional mixologist will be fully set up and ready to serve two hours of handcrafted cocktails. Your group will enjoy four cocktails per person, chosen from a menu of over 60 options. The service includes a professional bartender, glassware, equipment, alcohol and ingredients, with non-alcoholic options always available.
6:30pm – Private Chef Arrives
Your private chef will arrive and begin preparations for your bespoke three-course meal. Please ensure the kitchen is clean and ready for use.
7:30pm – Three-Course Dinner Served
Sit back and enjoy a relaxed, fully tailored three-course meal prepared fresh on-site by your private chef, with menus designed around your group’s tastes and dietary requirements.
(Please note: crockery, cutlery and seating must be available at the venue. Tableware hire is not included.)

What Happens Before the Event?
Once you’ve secured your date by booking online your event planner will be in touch to finalise the details and introduce the team supporting your day.
We’ll confirm your chosen activity, check the space requirements, collect dietary needs, and send over the cocktail menu so you can select your four drinks in advance.
Closer to the event, your private chef will share a sample menu and gather final preferences to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day.
