🏅What Does our Sports Day at the Mansion Package Include?
What Happens on the Day?
9:00am – Game Master Arrives: Allow around an hour for your chosen games to be set up and ready to go.
10:00am – Games Begin! Once everyone’s in their teams and colours, the games begin! Expect plenty of cheering, teamwork and light hearted competition as you race, hop and skip your way to victory.
11:30am – Mixologist Arrival: Your mixologist will arrive to set up the bar area. Please show them where you’d like the drinks to be served.
12:00pm – Games End, Cocktails Commence: After a morning of sports day fun, it’s time to relax with two hours of expertly crafted cocktails. Choose four favourites from a menu of over 60 recipes, and enjoy a fully equipped bar setup, complete with professional bartender, glassware, ingredients and alcohol. Non-alcoholic options are always available.
12:30pm – Private Chef Arrives: Please ensure the kitchen is clean and ready for your chef, who’ll be preparing either a pizza feast or BBQ lunch.
1:00pm – Pizza / BBQ Time: Enjoy delicious food fresh from your private chef. A menu will be shared beforehand so you can select your favourites.
(Please note that cutlery, plates and drinkware must be available for your chef to use - tableware, seating, crockery hire is not included.)
Sports Day Package – Our Award-Winning Package
For group sizes of 10+ guests - Bring back the fun and games of the playground with our Old School Sports Day, a light hearted mix of nostalgia and friendly competition that’s perfect for any group, big or small.
Led by an energetic event coordinator, you’ll race, hop and laugh your way through classic events like the Egg and Spoon, Sack Race and Three-Legged Race. Teams are kitted out with coloured headbands and bibs, battling it out for glory, a bottle of bubbly for the winners and the wooden spoon for the brave last place.
What Happens Before the Event?
Once you’ve secured your date with a deposit, your event planner will be in touch to confirm the details and introduce the team supporting your day. They’ll make sure everything is coordinated smoothly, from setup to finish.
Our Sports Day team will help you tailor the line-up of games to suit your group – whether you’re after lively competition or something more easy-going. You’ll also receive the cocktail menu to choose your four drinks, with non-alcoholic options available for anyone who prefers them.
Closer to the date, your private chef will be in touch to share a seasonal menu and gather any dietary requirements or special requests. They’ll ensure the food and service fit seamlessly with the tone of your event.
