⚽What's Included in our Activities at the Mansion Package?
What Happens on the Day?
Your instructors will arrive at your venue at the agreed time to set up their equipment in the garden or outdoor space. Please ensure the area is clear and accessible. Set-up usually takes around 20–30 minutes depending on the activity.
Once everything is ready, your group will receive a short safety briefing and introduction from the instructor before moving straight into practice rounds or warm-up games. All equipment is provided, and activities are designed to be suitable for beginners as well as more confident participants.
Each experience typically runs for 1.5–2 hours and follows a simple, structured flow:

Add excitement to your day with a curated mix of outdoor activities, all set up at your venue and led by professional instructors. Perfect for groups looking for fun, competition and something a little different before the evening begins.
What Happens Before the Event?
Once you’ve secured your date with the deposit above, your event planner will be in touch to run through all the details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your supplier information, and from there each activity instructor will reach out directly to finalise plans, timings and any special requests.
Your event planner will confirm your outdoor space requirements and help you choose from our menu of activities, which include:
Laser Clay Shooting
The full Mk 3 system is set up in the garden of your venue, ready for a two-hour session. Enjoy a 30-minute introduction followed by a 90-minute team competition. Shoot as many clays as you like with expert coaches on hand throughout.
Archery
A classic activity with expert instruction and a full range set-up, including butts, netting and gazebo. After practice arrows, guests move into scoring rounds, with optional games like Scrabble Archery or Archery Darts for added competition.
Old School Sports Day
Split into colour-coded house teams and take on nostalgic favourites such as Egg & Spoon, Sack Race, Space Hoppers, Bean Bag Balancing and more. Everything is brought and set up at your venue’s outdoor space for an easy, high-energy event.
Bubble Football
Strap into inflatable zorbs and battle it out in a hilarious, fast-paced match where barging is very much allowed. Includes all equipment and set-up, plus mini-games like Bulldog, Sumo and Last Man Standing.
Combat Archery
A hybrid of dodgeball, paintball and archery. Players receive bows, arrows, arm guards and face protection before taking part in instructor-led games designed for fast movement, strategy and plenty of laughs.
Axe Throwing
Nordic axe and knife throwing brought directly to your garden. Learn proper technique with an experienced instructor before trying your hand at hitting the target. A unique, surprisingly accessible activity!
