What Happens On The Evening?​

4:30pm - Mixologist arrival: Please let your mixologist in and show them where you'd like your drinks to be served. They will need 30-minutes for set up

5:00pm - Pre-Dinner Cocktails: Kick off the evening and enjoy two hours of expertly crafted cocktails from a professional mixologist. Choose a menu of 4 cocktails from over 60 recipes and let us tailor the service to your event - from a fully inclusive cocktail package to a dedicated bartender. All glassware, equipment, alcohol, and ingredients are provided for four cocktails per person.

6:00pm - Private Chef and Casino arrive. Please ensure that the kitchen is clean and tidy for the team. Please also show your croupiers to the dedicated casino room.

7pm - 9pm - 3 Course Meal from your Private Chef

Sit back and relax while your talented private chef will prepare a fully bespoke 3 course menu. Choose two starters, two mains (plus a vegetarian or vegan option if required), and two desserts to suit your group’s tastes. Everything is included - chef hire, all ingredients, and full clean-up - so you can simply relax and enjoy. ​

9pm - 12am - Casino Evening

After dinner, guide guests to your dedicated casino room where two casino tables, professional croupiers and guest chips will be awaiting. Each guest will receive their share of chips for the evening. At the end of the evening the player with the most amount of chips will be the winner, a prize will be awaiting.
