Our experienced therapists will arrive 30 min prior to your start time, equipped with everything needed to provide a range of treatments to you and your guests.
📅 Flexible Timings
Everyone will receive their chosen treatment in turn (we can arrange 2 therapists for larger groups). You choose your treatment and duration.

💅 What Does our Wellness Package Look Like?
What Happens on the Day?
12:00pm – Wellness Team Arrival & Celebration Begins: Your wellness specialists will arrive at midday to set up in your chosen spaces. Please show them where you’d like treatments to take place.
The afternoon begins with a relaxing wellness session for you and your guests - think soothing facials, mini manicures, or calming massages. It’s the perfect way to unwind, catch up, and set a luxurious tone for the rest of the day.
2:30pm – Mixologist Arrival: Your mixologist will arrive and set up their bar area. They’ll need around 30 minutes to prepare glassware, equipment, and ingredients.
3:00pm – Afternoon Cocktails: Enjoy two hours of expertly made cocktails as you move effortlessly from relaxation to celebration. Choose four cocktails from a menu of 60+ recipes, with all glassware, alcohol, and ingredients provided for four drinks per person.
If you’d like to elevate this part of the day, canapés can be added for an additional £15pp.
5:30pm – Private Chef Arrival: Your private chef and service team will arrive to prepare for the evening meal. Please ensure the kitchen is clean and ready for them to use.
7:00pm – 10:00pm – Three-Course Private Chef Dinner:
As the evening settles in, take your seats for a bespoke three-course dining experience.
(Please note: cutlery, plates and drinkware must be available for your chef to use. Tableware, seating, and crockery hire are not included.)
Wellness at the Mansion offers a full day of indulgence designed for groups who want to relax, celebrate and enjoy something truly special.
Wellness at the Mansion – Our Award-Winning Package
A full day designed around relaxation, celebration and great food. Begin with a luxurious wellness session at midday, followed by a curated cocktail experience with your private mixologist, before sitting down to a beautifully prepared three-course dinner cooked and served by your private chef and service team.
Your chef will create a menu tailored to your group. You’ll choose two starters, two mains (with vegetarian/vegan options available), and two desserts. Everything is included: chef hire, ingredients and full clean-up, so you can focus entirely on enjoying your day.
What Happens Before the Event?
Once you’ve secured your date with the deposit, your event planner will be in touch to confirm the finer details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with contact information for your suppliers shortly after.
Our wellness team will reach out to discuss treatment options, timings, and any specific needs to ensure your session flows smoothly. Please note you will need to inform your therapist of any injuries or pregnancy before your event. Children must be accompanied.
If you choose to have any additional treatments on the day, these can always be paid for after the event has taken place.
Your event planner will also send over the cocktail menu (over 60 drinks to choose from) so you can select your four cocktails. We’ll also ask for the number of non-drinkers, as any cocktail can be made alcohol-free.
Your private chef will be in touch closer to the date with a seasonal sample menu. They’ll help guide your menu selection and gather dietary requirements or special requests.
