We organise all experiences to take place at your venue, home or holiday home you’ve booked. All suppliers come to you. Our team will check the suitability of the space before recommending experiences to you. If for any reason your chosen activity cannot take place, then our team will recommend a replacement.

Secure your date with a small deposit. Final numbers are taken prior to the event, and your final balance payment is due 4 weeks before your event.

Prices displayed on the website are based on a minimum group size of 15. If your group is smaller than 15 then prices will change. Prices we quote over email after receiving your contact form are inclusive of travel, staffing, ingredients, equipment, set up, tidy up and washing up.

If your group is 20+ then we charge a one off fee for a waiting team member of £150.

All of our packages are available across England, Wales and Scotland!

You can add people to your event at any stage after booking. You just need to pay their deposit £20pp. Please email contact@myeventconcierge.co.uk to do so and the team will make this change for you and your final payment will be adjusted accordingly. If your group numbers drop, we take final numbers 4 weeks before the event (when the final payment is due).

If there is a customer cancellation before 30 days of the event, then the deposit is non-refundable. The final balance will not have to be paid.

If there is a customer cancellation within 30 days of the event and the full balance has been paid. The deposit is non-refundable. Then it is at the supplier discretion whether to offer a partial refund for the final balance.

Final number of guests will be taken when final payment is due (30 days before the event)

The deposit of any drop off person is non-refundable.

Customers can lower the number of guests at any point before 30 days of the event date to allow any changes to be made to the final balance. *As long as the number of guests meets the minimum number for the supplier.

If the number of guest drop offs impact the cost per person that was originally quoted, then My Event Concierge will re-quote the event and the difference will need to be paid by from the client.
