Booking the right supplier for a special occasion is vital to ensure everything runs smoothly and you have nothing to worry about. This is why at My Event Concierge we screen all our suppliers before they join our books for the following:

  1. Minimum £2 Million Public Liability Insurance.

  2. Come personally recommended by homeowners.

  3. Have recent 4*+ reviews across multiple platforms.

  4. Fantastic Customer Care.

  5. They have availability (so you are not let down).

1. Tell us about your event.

Pop in a quick enquire here or give us a call/book in a call back and speak to a member of our team. We want to hear all about the event you are planning, what suppliers are you looking to book, what's your dietary requirements and of course any special requests.

2. Receive an itinerary.

After our call or email, we promise that we will get back to you within 48 hours with a recommended itinerary for your event. This can include sourcing a venue and recommended suppliers. You will also receive an estimated quote for your group size.

3.Secure your dates.

After a decision has been made between your group, we can secure your dates with the supplier. We just need a 20% deposit for each activity. We will send you a payment link over email where you can make payment with any credit/debit card. If you would prefer to make payment over the phone then that's no problem at all.

4. Speak directly to suppliers.

After the deposit has been received, we will put you in direct contact with your supplier. You can then organise logistics, dietary requirements, special requests and final payment details.
